SJ-12C Series Dual Microprocessor-based Synchronizer
Introduction
The advanced single chip computer is used in SJ-12C dual microcomputer automatic synchronizer as a core, in which dual control channels with voting strategy are adopted to ensure no misoperation. SJ-12C satisfies the national standard on electromagnetic compatibility by correct circuit design, component choosing and mechanical structure, and is able to work reliably and stably in bad environment.
Now the series of SJ-12C includes SJ-12CS synchronizer for hydro-power plant, SJ-12CH synchronizer for thermal power plant, and SJ-12CL for transmission line. These products could be applied to any generator or any connecting mode for synchronization of circuit breaker in water turbine generator, thermal power generator or transmission line.

- Fast and accurate synchronization
- Rotary angle function (no need for installation of angle rotation transformer)
- Compensation for voltage amplitude and phase of two sides by software and correction of PT ratio automatically
- No capacitor or dialing switch is used in this suit of device. All the synchronization parameter, and switch on lock condition is set in digital. So real maintenance free is carried out.

Engineering Application
Technical performance of SJ-12C is becoming more and more complete and reasonable after several times upgrading since last 80's when the device is developed. The SJ-12C series are the new generation product in these series products. So far more than 100 sets has been used at home and abroad such as Yangliuqing thermal power plant, Gezhouba and Tishrin hydro-power plants in Syria and Ping guo of Guangxi 500kV substation.
