SJ-40C

Introduction

SJ-40C temperature multi-function controller combined temperature perambulation and protection functions by advanced measurement technique, which is designed with more simple system structure, more perfect functions, better performance and more reliable and safe protection in comparison with same category.

SJ-40C is developed specially for thermal and hydropower plants and it also suitable to industry in which thermal couplers are used.

Functions

• 16 bits advanced single chip computer, 24 bits type A/D convertor, accurate permanent current source are adopted to fit varied wiring of thermocouple.
• Effective suppression of electrical disturbance.
• Input points: 48, expanded to 96 points.
• Protection output: 2 channels, independent configuration per channel.
• Isolated RS485 or RS232C communication interface, Modbus protocol is supported.
• Self calibration of zero and gain for high accuracy.
• On-line self diagnosing and recovery.
• Power supply: AC220V or DC220V.
• Convenient LCD display and operation panel.

Features

SJ-40C is able to be applied to variety of RTD's and thermocouple's of double treble, or four-wiring, installed anywhere with high accuracy and flexible protection configuration, and operated with self calibration and without manually adjustment. Modbus protocol is used to configurate networks with PLC's and others conveniently.

Engineering Application

So far, more than 300 sets of SJ-40C have been successfully used in power plants including Gezhongba, Baozhusi, Tongxianzi hydro-power plants etc, since it is developed successfully in 1997.
