Introduction

PDS1024 programmable digital private branch exchange designed by NARI Communication Company for power private network is a fully integrated and non-blocking digital PBX, which is the latest generation exchange platform with CTI interface, NO.7 signaling and public device redundancy. It has great practicability, flexibility, and reliability. It can be used as dispatching PBX or administration PBX independently, and also can be a unified dispatching and administration PBX. It can be an office PBX, an omnibus PBX; a common service platform, or a  value added service platform. It can meet the needs of various application circumstances.

IDD series Intelligent Dispatching Desk

Introduction

IDD series intelligent Dispatching Desk can be used with PDS1024 PBX, PDS MAP intelligent dispatching system, PDS256 programmable dispatching system.

IDD is composed of microprocessors, key-scanning circuits, and peripheral interface. Unit device adopts MCU, VLSI circuit etc, it has great reliability, and convenient maintenance. Dispatching extension can be standard or cordless telephone.

Functions

It is dedicated for dispatching control with complete function, convenient control. If user want to call out from IDD, just press the shortened key for corresponding, user storage, then has a priority arbitrary plug out function. If user want to call in the IDD, can display the calling telephone number and the corresponding user key light turns on in order to response for the dispatcher in time. When the dispatcher picked up the phone, automatic recording is started.

  • Mute: When this key is pressed, the lighting diode in this key is on, If  user calls IDD, the dispatching platform doesn¡¯t ring; When this key is pressesed again, the lighting diode is off, mute function is cancelled.
  • Recording control: When the lighting diode is on, it shows the recorder is working.
  • Group answering; If many users call IDD, the dispatcher can press this key to answer multi users.
  • Hold: When the lighting diode in this key is on, this user is holding on.
  • Reset: Press this key make the platform to reset

  • Main key: Every dispatching object key can save two codes. When the "main use " key is pressed, the first suit of code is in use.(usually use the "main use" key);
  • Backup key: when the  "backup" key is pressed , the second suit of code is in use.
  • Left expansion key: Turn up the left hand phone.
  • Right expansion key: Turn up the right hand phone
  • Program key: Be used when edit shortened dialing key located in the shortened code area.
  • Hold key: The lighting diode is on, which shows the calling user is holding on.
  • Main clear key: Press this key to reset the IDD
  • Mute key: Press this key to make the speaker of the IDD mute;
  • Magnetic key: Send signals to magnetic user.
  • Group answering key: If many users called the dispatcher, the dispatcher can to answer multi users with this key.
  • Hang off key: Press this key to hang off and needn¡¯t to press the reed.

Introduction

Touch Monitor (LCD) IDD is composed of IBM host, LCD touch screen (15 inches ~17 inches optional), exchange interface card, and dispatching telephone.
