ON2000-A Newly Integrated Automation System of Power Distribution Network Real-time Dispatcher

Introduction

ON2000 automation system is a new generation integrated power distribution
network real-time dispatcher automation system, which integrates functions of SCADA/PAS/DA/PBS/GIS/DMS.

ON2000 system is based on PC/UNIX server, PC workstation and Windows 2000/UNIX crossing operation system platform. Its database chooses SQL Server/Sybase/Oracle/DB2 and its development tools take advantage of Relational Rose tool. Its data acquisition, basic platform, application software etc are realized on VC++ 6.0 .

ON2000 system's basic frame is client/server structure. This system realizes dual networks structure in data network segment. The network balance streaming is used between two networks. The streaming speed can arrive at 200MB/s to meet the large data flow of real time network segment requirement. This network segment is mainly for the realization of the large-scale real time data communication among system servers, workstations, and data-acquisition computers.

To enhance the system's stability, this system adopts dual servers structure.These two servers can switch automatically and backup for each other. In order to ensure this system's security, a web server is added between the real time network and MIS network, and also the firewall software is installed. All the service process is running on the server, and different application software is running on different workstations.

ON2000 system applies to the local or county level integrated dispatch automation system, network configuration automation system, electric power energy counting system and county level electric network dispatch integration automation system.
