WFBX Multi-functional Microprocessor-based Maloperation Preventing System Introduction WFBX type multi-functional microprocessor-based maloperation-preventing system is widely used to prevent maloperation in the electric power system and petrochemical industries. It applies to the maloperation-preventing locking of the primary equipment such as switch, braker etc. and the secondary equipment in substations and power plants of 35kV~500kV various voltage levels. This maloperation preventing system is composed of three parts: (1) maloperation preventing host (2) microprocessor-based key (3) locking device (padlock or fixed lock); two operation processes: preview process and operation process.; One microprocessor-based key: which completes all the operation of control devices in the substation. Functions WFBX type multi-functional microprocessor-based maloperation-preventing system fully utilizes the operation platform which connects tightly the protection and monitoring in the substations to set up a system, which not only has the ordinary maloperation-preventing function of the primary equipment, but also has the maloperation preventing function for secondary equipment, such as the relays protection's putting into and exiting service, the modification of fixed value, the change of running mode, and juxtaposing wrong position; For the operation which can't be locked, such as charge checking, on-off safety switch, and device location status checking etc, the suggestive locking method is set up to meet the demands of maloperation preventing by all aspects. Features The integration software developed on WIN98/2000/NT has the advantages of complete function, advanced technique, standard design, and high reliability. It includes operation ticket expert system, substation SCADA system, centralized control center management expert system, substation running information management system which includes device management, fault management and account management. The WFBX System costs less, is easy to install and operate. For reconstruction of conventional substations, utilizing the remote terminal unit on the substation end, the WFBX system can bring the equipment's real time measurement value and event recording into system function, and make the system both having maloperation preventing function and the local monitoring function on the substation end. For newly built substations, WFBX system can upload the status information (network gate, grounding switch temporary grounding line, manual switch) obtained by microprocessor-based key to the centralized control center or central dispatch system, thereby simplify primary system design, save the laying of cables and decrease the maintenance work. For conventional substations, if this function is to be realized, the reconstruction of the uploading information interface on the remote terminal unit in the substations must be reserved. Engineering Application WFBX type maloperation preventing system has been put into use in thousands of power plants and substations around the nation. |
