Introduction

BP-2 series busbar protective device is the microprocessor-based busbar protective device designed for busbar of different voltage levels. It applies to 500kV voltage level or below, including various main connection methods such as single busbar, single busbar segment, double busbar, double busbar segment and Connection line. The largest main connection scale is 24 intervals (circuit, component and connection switch), Can realize the busbar differential protection, busbar connection line charging protection, coupled busbar failure( or death zone) protection, and the circuit breaker failure protection exit etc.

BP-2 series busbar protective device includes BP-2B type, BP-2A type, BP-2AE type etc.

Functions

BP-2 type busbar protective device adopts rotary cabinet or fixed frame internal cabinet, which is new type structure that plugs can be connected on both ends, and electrical and electronic are separated. The device's electromagnetic compatibility satisfies the running requirement of local configuration.

BP-2 series busbar protective device, based on the conventional busbar protection theory and combined with the property of microprocessor-based digital processing, provides one suit of current differential protection solution mainly taking phase separation, instant value, complex ratio differential component, that is internationally initiated complex ratio differential theory.

BP-2 series busbar protective device is composed of protective component, locking component, and management component. The protective component mainly finishes the acquisition of each interval analog quantum, switch quantum, and the logic judgement of each protective function and exit to TJ; The locking component mainly finishes the acquisition of each voltage quantum, the logic judgement of each busbar segment and exit to BJ; Management component's work is to realize MMI interaction, record management and background communication. Each part works independently, cooperates with each other. The host module and photo coupling module of the protection component and locking component is completely the same, can be interchanged. Because the plug design of each part is designed according to busbar intervals, thus the maintenance is very convenient. Its electrical and electric separation layout connection and independent electrical sources allocation, plus the filter and shield tache, makes each module work in a stable environment, completely ensures the device's electromagnetism compatibility. The device adopts 18U standard integral cabinets, which are embedded in the protection screen.

  • Having flexible background communication method, configured with RS-232,RS-422/RS-485 communication interface, supporting standard communication specification of the electric power industry DL/T667-1999(IEC60870-5-103).

It has been used in busbar protection more than 1200 times in power plants and transformers of 35kV-500kV voltage level, and the right action ratio is 100%.
