System Composition
The system consists of standard type or strengthened type module data acquisition unit (DAU), field communication network and corresponding computers.
Features
- High accuracy, long-term stability, reliability, trouble-free operation with disturbance and transient suppression
- Possess with several different intelligent module which called NDA, communication module and power in each DAU, and also with the components of transient suppression, moisture protection and float-charged battery.
- Monitor various types of sensors, such as capacitance sensors, Carlson sensors, differential inductance sensors, vibrating wire sensors and DC current and DC voltage transmitters.
- Possess with independent functions of CPU, clock management, communication port, and data storage etc in each NDA module, it can be configured with 4-16 channels.
- Possess with equivalent computing ability of X86, at least 512kB memory and at least 4MB storage capacity in the strengthened type DAU, the DAU groups can be constructed by the strengthened type DAUs, and all of the intelligent acquisition units can be controlled and managed in its control area.
- Have strong computing performance, large storage capacity and standard communication interfaces in the strengthened type DAU, therefore various scale system can be constructed in different communication methods, and the data acquisition of thousands of monitoring points can be finished in several minutes.
- Support the field monitoring network of CANbus which possesses the characteristics of multiple mediums, nodes and hosts, the field communication network can be constructed by multiple mediums, such as twisted-wire, optical fiber and radio.
