GKS-1000 Type Monitoring and Control System(Suited to Municipal and Environmental Protection Trade)

Introduction

GKS-1000 monitoring and control system is developed for process control by adopting programmable logic controller (PLC) hardware platform. It adopts modularize design, redundant configuration and has great reliability. MMI configuration software and control configuration software is based on MS-Windows NT or newer platform, which satisfies IEC 1131 international standard, is easy to learn and use. The system network adopts multitype layer structure and provides multi interface and it is easy to expand and realize the networking of process supervisory.

This system applies to the program control and monitoring of producing process in tap water plant, sewage/wastewater treatment plant and pumping station.

Functions

  • Realize the acquisition, processing and computation of information in industrial producing process, and the automatic sequence control, logic control and automatic adjustment of the producing process.
  • Have the function of associate interlocking protection and selective control.
  • Realize the function of CRT display, mimic panel display, table printing, alarm printing, real time trend analysis, history data analysis, and sequence of event (SOE) etc.
  • Realize online or offline system configuration and modification by engineer station/ operator station.
  • Realize multi control method such as automatic control, keyboard control, actuator control and local control.
  • Networking of supervisory system, centralized monitoring of processing parameter and equipment, realize fewer person on duty or no person on duty.

GKS-1000 type system has be used successfully in many large and middle scale tap water company such as Shanghai Yangshupu water supply company (1,400,000 tons/daily water supply ), Shanghai Changqiao water supply company(1,800,000 tons/daily water supply) and the process supervisory automation project of dreg processing in city sewage treatment plant, Danyang city, and Huaneng thermal power plant, Suzhou city of Jiangsu province.
