GKS-1000 Type Supervisory System (Suited to Electrical Power Industry)

Introduction

GKS-1000 type supervisory system is developed by adopting programmable logic controller (PLC) hardware platform, and it can apply to process control in various of industries. It adopts modularize design, redundant configuration and has great reliability. The MMI configuration and control configuration software is based on MS-Windows NT or newer platform, which satisfies IEC 1131 international standard. The system network adopts multi layer structure and provides multi type standard interface, and it is easy to expand and realize the network of process supervision.

This system applies to the program control and supervision of the producing process such as the chemical water processing, boiler ashes removal, dregs lashing, ashes puffing, periodic draining, fuel transfer, raw material transfer, etc in all scale thermal power plants. It also applies to the program control and supervision of the producing process such as lap water, sewage, pumping station, traffic, petrochemicals, building material, foodstuff, feedstuff producing, etc in industry field.

Functions

  • Realize the information acquisition, processing and calculation in industrial producing process, and the automatic sequence control, logic control and automatic adjustment of the producing process.
  • Have the function of interlocking protection and selective control.
  • Realize the function of CRT display, mimic panel display, table printing, alarm printing, real time trend analysis, history data analysis, sequence of event (SOE), etc.
  • Realize online or offline system configuration creation and modification by engineer station/ operator station.
  • Realize multi control method such as automatic control, keyboard control, actuator control and local control.
  • Supervisory system network, centralized supervision of processing parameter and equipment, and fewer person on duty or no person on duty.
