Introduction
The supervisory scale of GKS-9000 type distributed control system is from dozens of points to thousands of points. The supervisory information can be analog variable or digital variable. This system has complete function and high performance price ratio, can meet the need of producing process automation and management supervisory integration in fields such as electric power, municipal engineering, environment protection, petrochemicals, building materials, metallurgy.

This system applies mainly in monitoring and control of the industrial producing process for 3MW~300MW thermal electric generator units, gas/steam combined circulation units, industrial boiler, kiln, and others.

Features

  • Modularize structure of system
    This system comprises of factory management level, workshop management level, function group supervisory level and equipment supervisory level four layer structure according to function, and realizes function decentralization and management centralization mode.

    All the control station can act as the independent basic function unit within this system. The quantity of the controller module, I/O module, communication module and electrical source module, depending on the user.
  • High speed and secure and multi layered communication network
    This system adopts bus type communication network and multi layer configuration.

    Communication speed: The factory management level and workshop management level is 100Mbps or 10Mbps; the function group supervisory level is 5Mbps or 1Mbps; the equipment supervisory level is 2.5Mbps or 1Mbps.

    Network can choose redundant configuration or not redundant configuration.
  • System control application software is abundant and practical
    System application software is priority level multi-task system. It has fast and real time property, can realize variable advanced control strategy, has many programming methods such as graphic function blocks, sequence control echelon graphic logic and structural texts etc. It can realize adjustment loop control, sequence control, data acquisition, optimization control and user's special requirements

    System control application software can be modified online or offline.

    It has graphic database structure, and is easy to learn and maintain.

    System monitoring software meets TCP/IP, SQL, ODBC, COM/DCOM, Active X, C++, Office, IEC-1131-3 etc international standard and widely supported software tools.

    System provides standard interface to communicate with various systems or instruments such as SIS, MIS, auxiliary workshop monitoring system etc.

    This system has self diagnosis function, can diagnose to module level. The main control module, network, I/O module, electrical sources all can be redundant, and adopts decentralized modularize electrical source system. Module can plug and play with the electrical. Firewall software is installed to ensure visit security. The application software is managed according to priority to ensure secure use.
